the deposit required for all services is non-refundable but may be transferred to another available appointment time up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Latest time tolerance 10min No shows and late cancellations will forfeit entire deposit. for the best results and to stay on schedule ,please arrive with your hair fully DETANGLE and COMBED . client who come with UNCOMBED HAIR will be charge 30$ detangle fee. IF the hair is not MANAGEABLE ,the appointment may need to be RESCHEDULED.
